Engagements
Every project starts with a written scope: deliverables, timeline, and price, agreed before work begins. Changes to scope are discussed and re-quoted in writing — never smuggled into an invoice.
Ownership
On final payment, you own everything we produced for you: code, design files, prompts, configurations, documentation, and the accounts they live in. We retain no license to your deliverables beyond showcasing non-confidential work with your permission.
Payment
Fixed-price projects are typically split into an advance and a completion payment. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice — no lock-ins, no exit fees.
Warranties & liability
Everything we ship is tested against your real cases before launch, and defects reported within 90 days of launch are fixed at no charge. Our total liability under any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it. AI systems can err; that’s why every agent ships with logging, guardrails, and human escalation paths.
